- Proof of Purchase: The original sales invoice or receipt cannot be presented.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or intentional damage.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair, modification, or maintenance performed by anyone other than an STAR-ASIA-authorized service provider.
- Non-Compliant Operation: Operation of the product outside the manufacturer’s published specifications.
- Improper Handling: Damage caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, or relocation by the customer.
- External Factors: Damage caused by liquid, natural disasters, power surges, or other external causes.
- Consumables: Defects or malfunctions caused by the use of non-genuine ribbons, poor-quality paper, or incompatible consumables.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage or degradation not affecting functionality.

1. Warranty Coverage
STAR-ASIA warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The battery is warranted for six (6) months from the date of original purchase.Exclusions:
